6-3-47: PROSTITUTION:

(A) Offense Of Prostitution: It shall be unlawful for any person to perform, offer or agree to perform any act of sexual intercourse or any act of deviant sexual conduct for money.

(B) Penalty: Any person convicted of the offense of prostitution shall be fined in a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 83-4, 1-17-1983)
