6-3-45: CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF A CHILD:
   (A)   Offense Of Contributing To Delinquency Of A Child: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or wilfully cause, aid or encourage any minor child to be or to become a delinquent child. A "delinquent child" is defined as any minor person who before his or her seventeenth birthday has violated or attempted to violate any Federal or State law or Municipal ordinance.
   (B)   Penalty: A person convicted of the offense of contributing to delinquency of a child shall be fined a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 83-4, 1-17-1983)
