6-3-44: CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

(A) Offense Of Criminal Damage To Property: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly damage any property of another without the consent of such other person.

(B) Penalty: A person convicted of the offense of criminal damage to property shall be fined a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 83-4, 1-17-1983)
