(A) Offense Of Criminal Trespass To A Vehicle: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and without authority enter any vehicle, aircraft or watercraft or any part thereof without the consent of the owner.
(B) Penalty: A person convicted of the offense of criminal trespass to a vehicle shall be fined a sum not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 83-4, 1-17-1983)
