All City parks shall close at the hour as designated by Park Board rules and regulations. Said closing hour shall be posted at the entrance of each park. It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in any City park after the posted closing hour. Any person convicted of a violation of this Section shall be fined in a sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 75-45, 11-3-1975)
