6-3-24: POSTING BILLS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to post any bills or advertisements on any public property without the authority of the City Council; and it shall be unlawful to post any bill or advertisement on any property without the written consent of the owner thereof. (M.C. 1962, sec. 28.022)
