(A) Advertising: It shall be unlawful to advertise any unlawful business or article in the city and it shall be unlawful to injure or deface any lawful advertisement or notice. (1962 Code § 28.018)
(B) Placing Advertising Matter In Motor Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person whether a licensed billposter or not, to distribute handbills, circulars, dodgers, pamphlets, cards, pictures or any advertising matter of any kind whatsoever, by placing the same in or upon any motor vehicle standing or parked in the public streets of the city.
