It shall be unlawful to abandon any refrigerator, freezer, or icebox in any place accessible to the public without first removing the doors of such refrigerator, freezer or icebox. (1962 Code § 28.002)
Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 83-5, 1-17-1983)
