(A) Police Line Authorized: The police are hereby authorized to circumscribe any area by establishing police lines to prohibit any person from entering that circumscribed area for the purpose of protecting evidence, property, or the public safety in situations of explosions, floods, mob actions, parades, catastrophes, natural disasters, or similar situations.
(B) Prohibited Crossing Of A Police Line: Whoever enters an area circumscribed by a police line or crosses a police line after receiving, immediately prior to such entry, notice by a police officer that such entry is forbidden, or remains within the area circumscribed by a police line after receiving notice from a police officer commits a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(C) Notice To Establish A Police Line: A person has received notice from a police officer if he has been notified personally, either orally or in writing, or if a printed or written notice forbidding such entry has been conspicuously posted or exhibited on the circumscribed area.
