5-3-11: NOTICE OF INFORMATION CHANGE:

Whenever any change occurs relating to the written information requested by this chapter, the subscriber shall give written notice thereof to the fire prevention division of the fire department within fifteen (15) days after such change or at any hearing conducted under this chapter if such hearing is conducted before the notice has been given.
