5-3-4: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum standards and regulations applicable to fire alarm systems, alarm businesses, alarm agents and alarm users and to provide for punishment of violations of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 07-10, 8-6-2007)
