5-2-12: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES:
All former ordinances or parts thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance or of the fire code as adopted and amended herein are hereby repealed. (Ord. 00-15, 4-3-2000; amd. Ord. 02-60, 12-16-2002)
