5-1-6: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The fire chief may, with the consent of the mayor and city council, make rules and regulations for the hours of duty, uniforms, vacations and conduct of the members and volunteers, which shall be binding on all such firefighters while on duty. (Ord. 00-28, 8-21-2000)
