(A) Applications for permits shall be made to the plumbing inspector and shall be accompanied by the necessary plans, information, and specifications of the work to be done as determined by the plumbing inspector. Upon approval of the plans by the inspector and payment of the permit fee, a mechanical permit shall be issued.
(B) The plumbing inspector shall require such changes or modifications to the plans and specifications as are necessary to comply with the Building Code. (Ord. 01-13, 5-7-2001)
