The International Code Council, International Mechanical Code, and Fuel Gas Code, as adopted in section 4-1-1 of this title, copies of which are on file in the Office of the Inspection Department, are hereby adopted by reference and shall serve as the Mechanical Code of the City subject to certain amendments, which were recommended by the East Moline Board of Standards and Appeals and which are marked exhibit D attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof by reference, which amendments are on file in the Office of the Inspection Department.
