The International Code Council, international property maintenance code as adopted in section 4-1-1 of this title, copy of which is on file in the inspection department office, is hereby adopted by reference and shall serve as the housing code of the city, subject to certain amendments, which were recommended by the East Moline board of appeals, and which are marked exhibit A as attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof by reference, which amendments are on file in the office of the inspection department.
