4-1-10: SAFEGUARDS:
It shall be the duty of the persons engaged in construction or demolition to take precautions to assure the safety of pedestrians and property. Warnings, barricades, lights, temporary roofs over sidewalks, and flagmen shall be used and maintained whenever necessary to assure public safety. (Ord. 85-36, 10-21-1985)
