(A) Variations: It shall be unlawful to vary materially from the submitted plans and specifications unless such variations are submitted on an amended plan to the Inspections Department and approved by the building official or Code official.
(B) Appeals: Any owner or agent not in accord with a decision made by the building official, Code official, or designated person, shall have the right to appeal from such order or ruling to the Board of Standards and Appeals, as granted and prescribed in title 2, chapter 4 of this Code.
