(A) Any violations of the above sections shall subject the licensee to a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(B) After conducting a hearing on said violations, the mayor may revoke or suspend the license of any pawnbroker.
(C) Every act or omission of whatsoever nature, constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any officer, director, manager or other agent or employee of any licensee shall be deemed and held to be the act of such licensee. (Ord. 04-01, 2-2-2004)
