3-22-7: TRANSACTIONS WITH INTOXICATED PERSONS OR THIEVES:

No licensee or person employed by the licensee shall take any article from any person intoxicated, or from any person known to be convicted of theft, or to have been convicted of larceny or burglary. (Ord. 04-01, 2-2-2004)
