3-22-3: HOURS OF BUSINESS, LOCATION:

(A) No person licensed under this chapter shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable thing before eight o'clock (8:00) A.M., or after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.

(B) All pawnbroker business activities shall be conducted only in a business or industrial zoning district. (Ord. 04-01, 2-2-2004)
