3-21-5: SIGNS:

Signs informing the public of the age restrictions provided for herein shall be posted by every licensee at or near every display of tobacco products, or alternative tobacco products or upon every vending machine, which offers tobacco products for sale. Each sign shall be plainly visible. (Ord. 03-13, 4-21-2003; amd. Ord. 17-09, 4-17-2017)
