1-5-9: DISTURBING MEETINGS:

It shall be unlawful to disturb any regular or special meeting of the city council or of any committee thereof, or to behave in a disorderly manner at any such meeting. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 95-24, 8-7-1995)
