Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of an offense and shall be subject to a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), as with other parking violations, each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
First notice shall be considered the initial ticket/violation issued. First notice is payable within seven (7) calendar days of issuance.
After the first seven (7) days expires a late fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be added to the initial twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine. Second notice will be issued after the first seven (7) calendar days expire.
After thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the second notice expires with no payment, the fine may be turned into collections.
The owner of any vehicle towed pursuant to this Chapter, and all other Chapters shall be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred by the towing agent who towed the vehicle in addition to these costs, the owner will also pay an administrative fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) if the vehicle is claimed within thirty days (30) of the towing of the vehicle.
In the event the vehicle is not claimed after the completion of thirty (30) calendar days, to include if the vehicle is properly disposed of after this time period, the owner will still be assessed the one hundred dollar ($100.00) administrative fee.
