(A) The license herein provided for shall be posted permanently and conspicuously at the location of the premises.
(B) If the licensee shall move his place of business to another location within the City of East Moline, the license may be transferred to such new location upon application to the City Clerk, giving the street and number of the new location. The new location shall be approved by the Chief of Police and City Electrical Inspector in the same manner as provided in Section 3-3-4 of this Chapter. (Ord. 76-15, 4-19-1976)
