It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of operating an ambulance in the City without having first secured a license therefor. Application for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Clerk, and shall state thereon the name of the applicant, the intended place of business and the number of ambulances to be operated. If the applicant is a corporation, the names and addresses of the president and secretary thereof shall be given. (Ord. 73-39, 10-15-1973)
