In the event that any payment for any type of license or permit to be issued by the city of East Moline is made after the date for payment, the following penalties shall be added to the amount of the license or permit fee:
(A) Any payment in excess of fifteen (15) days past the due date shall bear a penalty of twelve percent (12%).
(B) Any payment in excess of forty five (45) days past the due date shall bear a penalty of twenty five percent (25%). (Ord. 75-59, 12-15-1975)
