2-20-2: COMPOSITION OF COMMISSION:
The East Moline Historic Preservation Commission shall consist of seven (7) voting members, who shall be residents of the City of East Moline, and to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. (Ord. 99-52, 12-6-1999)
