§ 34.001 AUTHORIZING TAX COLLECTOR TO RETAIN PAYMENTS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT DUE PROVIDED THE EXCESS IS LESS THAN $5.

   Pursuant to the provisions of the Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-129, the Tax Collector is hereby authorized to retain payments of taxes in excess of the amount due, provided the amount of each such excess payment is less than $5.
