§ 32.15 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is established a seven member Board of Police Commissioners for the purpose of organizing and maintaining a Police Department in the town.
   (B)   The Board shall have all the authority, powers and responsibilities set forth in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-276, as it may be amended from time to time.
