(A) The Town Board of Education shall act as the town’s School Building Committee, during the design phase of the project to construct a new middle school and convert the existing middle school to an elementary school, and the Town Building Committee shall act as the town’s School Building Committee during the construction phase of the project.
(B) The Superintendent of schools shall be an ex officio member without vote of the committee during the design phase and the construction phase of the project.
