(A) There is constituted a nine-member School Building Committee for alterations and upgrades to the Niantic Center School, Lillie B. Haynes School and Flanders Elementary School. Said School Building Committee shall consist of the seven-member Town Building Committee and two members of the Board of Education appointed to the School Building Committee by the Board of Selectmen.
(B) The Superintendent of Schools and the Elementary School Principals for each of the schools shall be ex officio members of the Committee without vote, and shall not be counted in determining a quorum.
