§ 31.09 BOARD OF FINANCE.
   The town, pursuant to the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. Chapter 28, Revised of 1930, as amended, establish a Board of Finance in said town with all the rights and powers conferred, and duties and obligations imposed by the General Statutes upon Boards of Finance.
