(A) Pursuant to the authority granted by Conn. Gen. Stat. § 8-1C, Revision of 1958, the following schedule of fees recommended by the respective Commissions is established
(1) Planning Commission.
(a) Subdivision application review. For subdivisions and re-subdivisions, the following fees shall be paid at the time of application to the Planning Commission:

(b) Subdivision application processing and inspection. Upon approval of a subdivision/re-subdivision by the Planning Commission, the following fees shall be paid prior to Chair’s signing the approved subdivision plan:
