There shall continue to be three alternate members of the Commission. The terms of two alternate members were filled by appointment until the first Monday of January, 2010, at which time they shall continue to be filled by appointment for four years. The term of the other alternate member shall continue to be filled by appointment until the first Monday of January, 2012, and will continue to be filled by appointment for four years. Such alternate members shall, when seated, have all the powers and duties of a member of the Commission.
