The members of the Commission shall continue to be appointed in the following manner: three terms were filled by appointment until the first Monday of January, 2010, at which time they were filled by appointment for four years. Two terms were filled by appointment until the first Monday of January, 2012, at which time they will continue to be filled by appointment for four years.
