There is an existing five member Historic Properties Commission established by an ordinance dated August 11, 2009 and effective September 16, 2009. Said Commission shall continue to administer the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes relative to the historic properties now or hereafter designated by the town, with all the authority, powers and responsibilities of historic properties commissions set forth in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-147r, as amended from time to time.
