(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violations of §§ 150.030 through 150.040 shall be punishable by a civil penalty of $10 per day for the first 90 days of a violation. If, after 90 days the violation continues, the fine thereafter shall be $50 per day for each day a violation continues. Each day after due notice of the violation has been served shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of § 150.055 or refuses or neglects to comply with the same, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be fined $10 for each offense, and each and every ten-day period of refusal or neglect to comply with the provisions of § 150.055 shall be deemed a separate offense.
(D) Any person violating any provision of § 150.070 may be fined up to $100. Each day on which a violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate violation.
