Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 8-2, Revision of 1958 as amended, property of the town now or hereafter used for the town water system or the town sewer system is exempt from regulation by the town zoning regulations. This exemption shall not be applicable to any building to be constructed for purposes of administrative offices, garage or maintenance facility for either system.
