(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 97.01 may be fined not more than $100 a day for each day that a violation shall exist.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 97.02 shall be fined not more than $100 for each day that the violation shall continue.
