Anyone who wishes to appeal directives of the Building Official where such directive was based on his or her judgment requiring the replacement of a system, must file a written request for a hearing with the Board of Selectmen within ten days of receipt of the directive. Failure to do so will be considered as an agreement to perform the directed work.
