(A) This law shall be enforced by the Building Official who is hereby authorized to make inspections of all types of liquid storage systems throughout the town, to solicit and maintain inventory of such systems and to ensure that such systems conform with the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) The Board of Selectmen may adopt rules and regulations to enforce and carry out the intent of this subchapter.
