No person shall deposit tires on any occupied private property within the City limits, whether owned by such person or not, except that the owner or person in control of the private property shall house the tires in an enclosed building.
The City is hereby authorized and empowered to notify the owner of any open or vacant property within the City or agent of such owner to properly enclose any tires located on such owner's property.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
