521.13  PLAYING GAMES IN STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall fly any kite, throw stones or snowballs or play any game of ball or engage in any other game or sport in or upon the streets within the City.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
