521.12 CELLARWAY COVERS.

(a) No person shall construct or cause to be constructed any cellarway upon or from any sidewalk or pavement within the City without covering the same with a substantial door or granting upon a level with the grade of such sidewalk or pavement.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
