509.10  INTOXICATION; DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   As used in these Codified Ordinances:
      (1)   "Intoxication" means a distortion or impairment of mental or physical capacities resulting from the introduction into the body of any substance, including without limitation, alcohol or any medication, drug of abuse or harmful intoxicant.
      (2)   "Voluntary intoxication" means any intoxication not defined as involuntary in paragraph (3) hereof, and includes without limitation any intoxication resulting from the actor's drug abuse.
      (3)   "Involuntary intoxication" means intoxication induced by force, coercion, duress, fraud or mistake, and also means intoxication, other than an intoxication resulting from drug abuse, which is grossly excessive considering the nature and amount of the intoxicating substance involved, and which is caused by either an abnormal bodily condition, or by an unexpected reaction with other substances in the body.
   (b)   No person shall be found in a state of intoxication or, being intoxicated, shall disturb the peace and good order, or shall conduct himself in a disorderly manner.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
