Upon a finding of liability in the appropriate administrative body or in a court of competent jurisdiction any person who violates subsection (b) of this section shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1 ,000.00 for each offense. Any person who violates any provision of this section other than subsection (b), including, but not limited to, any violation of any provision of a resolution agreement or order of abatement shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense. Each day that violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense to which a separate fine shall apply. In addition to any find or other penalty provided by law, any person who violates any provision of this section, including, but not limited to any violation of any provision of a resolution agreement or order of abatement, shall be liable to the City for any and all costs incurred by the City or its agents for police service, emergency service or any other city service reasonably related to such person's violation of any provision of this chapter.
