353.22 INTERPRETATION.

Nothing contained in this chapter, or in any ordinance or regulation hereafter passed establishing parking meter zones, shall be construed to permit parking of vehicles in those spaces within any zone in which, by other provisions of this Traffic Code or other ordinances of the City, parking is prohibited.
