353.04 EXCEPTED DAYS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be in effect on the following days: January 1, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, the first Monday in September (Labor Day), November 11, Thanksgiving Day, December 25 and Sundays. In the event that any of the foregoing dates should fall on a Sunday, then the day following shall also be a day when the provisions of this chapter shall not be in effect.
