311.05 CLOSING OF STREETS DURING EMERGENCY.

In times of emergency or when it is deemed necessary in the interest of the public safety, the Police Department is authorized to close off streets or portions of streets and divert traffic as the occasion may require. Pedestrians and drivers of vehicles shall conform to the regulations so established.
